Yep, that's right. A thread introducing myself with the title 'I'm New' surely must be quite original to this board.
Yeah, I'm new. I'm a huge Jim Carrey fan, and ultimately he's my hero. It may sound kinda strange, but yeah I look up to him as an actor. One hell of an actor he is, one day people will recognize him for the jems he has done, rather then the comedy actor he's referred to as now.
Heck, because he's referred to as a comedy actor, films like Eternal Sunshine is referred to as a romantic comedy, simply because Carrey is in it! Aaah! When I saw it was classed as a comedy on Sky, I threw a case across the room (haha, it does annoy me that much, because he isn't getting the respect as an actor that he should).
