I thought he was going with the a garbage thingy. If he is the Dog Catcher, will he be a mean one or a nice one.
I wonder?
Since he has his own dogs will he be in Character if he's a mean one?
I wonder?

awe,i can't see Jim ever being a mean dog catcher, can you???. ..he likes animals.......i don't think he'd play a mean catcher.........he'd be a humane one i reckon....after all the trained dogs are still little lives and i doubt he'd want to be mean to a little life........even if it is for a part....the dogs don't know it's not real..........

I thought about that the other day...
which direction the humor will take when it comes to catching the dogs, hopefully he'll be more like Ace Ventura. Who is the director? “If I'm not back in five minutes... just wait longer!” ~ Jim Carrey
Joel Schummaker is directing.
I think he'll be a nice one but probably a mean one at times. Since this is a thriller is figure he'll do something mean and through the movie the number 23 book will help him change his ways. It is one of those common conviention in Thillers. I am part of an elite group of people......THE MEN OF JCO.
(Standing member since July 18th, 2005) THE FEW AND THE PROUD!!!!
I'm going for the mild mannered Janitor approach........whose character starts to change for the worse, when the book starts to affect him.......that way we'll really see the change and diversity in him........it might almost be a message to us all, that despite our outer facades there's darkness in all of us........I have a hunch that in the beginning we're gonna see a quietish bloke who feels kinda sidetracked in life....his work is ok but not outstanding, his marriage ok but not 100%secure and the obsession with the book will give him renewed purpose.........except it's damaging.........
but i'd be interested to find out if it's going to end on a dark or light note .... so many movies end on the light purely to give the audience a happy ending........but i think it's time we had a darker ending........the likes of 7 provided that and it was one of the pivotal films of that year.........the public are more open to the unexpected than perhaps some studios think........i hope this movie makes you think............ fluffy Last edited by fluffy on Tue Jan 31, 2006 8:52 am, edited 1 time in total.

I hope the movie has people clog dancing in puffy skirts.

lol tht wus be funny lol!!!....awww Jim's dogs are so gorgeous lol.. does anyone hav any pics of him with his dogs?... i hav one tht JT sent me a long while ago but other thn tht ive never sin any others!?
It's about time there was some positive representation of our kind out of Hollywood. Now we can all walk the streets proclaiming loudly, "I am a clog dancer and I have a puffy skirt!" "When in doubt, tell the truth."

I think they should dress up the dogs asi (in that way), and they can dance asi. When I saw clog, I thought I saw dog at first. Who says these flat screens are 'safer' for your eyes? “If I'm not back in five minutes... just wait longer!” ~ Jim Carrey
Dogs & the Boat Show..I wish I could post a pic of the Life Jackets for Dogs...
They had a (stuffed toy)husky dog in a life jacket, wish I could post the pic but I don't have a scanner and have no idea how to do it. Se la vie. Have you ever seen a real dog wearing a Life Jacket? I think Jim should save the puffy skirt and clogs for the next Lemony Snicket Movie.
I'm not sure, I don't think I've seen that, but its a good idea, and I think dogs swim, so it would help them. I know cats HATE water.

My dogs use to swim...but one liked the water better than the other so I think a life jacket would come in handy, especially if your in a boat way out in the lake.
Good precaution. I wonder how well they walk in one???? I've never seen a live dog with a life jacket on. Have you??
I think they would be up on two legs, walking around, just like the dancing.
