is there a future for Jim?ive been reading that jims bankabilty isnt so great now thats why this movie has been cancelled
if you check the news it's not just Jim...........the whole industry has been hammered..............it's just that he was the first really high profile A lister to have a movie axed.............it's not Jim per se..........it's the industry

They were talking about Tom Cruise being booted out of his contract with paramount. Then they said that Jim dosent have any work. In a way its true but you cant compare Jim with tom because toms had at leased five film oppertunities axed. I just hope they get a shock when they watch 23.
"You Cant Stop Me No Matter Who You Are"
alan cumming to star in the truman show 2yes i know they were talking about tom but its bad news when 2 upcoming movies of jims are cancelled i was really looking forward to ripleys, but 100million its a bit much dick and jane cost 100m to make which was way too much maybe this will be a good sign better scripts lower budgets ?
I think someone in Jim office should give me a ring and I'd sell them my story and it is a good one too.. If not, then they can wait till my book comes out cause it will early next year- And you all will have a copy I promise!
Bah hum bug!!!!
Of course there's a future....How could anyone doubt that....
it's inevitable.. he is the Canadian Comedy King... and that's the way it is. Canadian Jayne has spoken!!!!!!!
I was very disappointed that "Ripley's Believe it or not" was delayed.
It was said to be theatrically released the day after my birthday. I had it planned that my friends and I would all go see it for my birthday. Unfortunately, it didn't turn out that way. I anticipate "The Number 23;" I think it will be really good. BTW, love your avatar fluffy, I'm still deciding on one...either from Intro.Janet or the Grinch.
I definitely think higher costs and lower returns are going to limit the kinds of movies being made and the actors/actresses who star in them. The studios want to make billions of dollars, and that is very hard to do with a comedy. Hopefully, 23 will be a huge hit and show people, once again, that JC is a brilliant "serious" actor as well as a brilliant comedian.
