Yea it is fast they are ready with such a good picture, but the animators at Blue Sky Studios have worked on this movie since 2005.

Why does he looks like the Grinch? Isn't a Who like, you know, in that Carrey-Movie?
Again, here we don't know the Dr. Seuss stories.

The whos in the Grinch movie were more human looking but the ones in the Grinch book looked like the one in the pic above.

Yeah but I was the first who posted the news in the Jim message board!
IMBD has so much information, it's hard for it to keep up and stay updated!

Hold on...... are you guys saying that they've already started the animation? Don't the actors have to say the words first? Otherwise the mouth moves would be all different :S

sometimes.....depends on how the company wants to work it. i think it is easier for them to have some animation shown on a screen so the actor's can see what is going on to get the dialog right.

Well, I saw all the extra's on films like Shrek, Monsters Inc, and so on and so on.
I guess it will happen like this. The animation is ready, backgrounds, moments without speaking, you know. The part were the characters speak they still have to work out till it's perfect, like the moving of the mouth and all. But everything else it is ready. I guess.
