Actors that suddenly sing and still sound human (by that I mean, not computerised) are very rare. I remember how much it hurted his credibility (and my ears) when Pierce Brosnan started singing in 'Mama Mia'.
With 'The Mask' and that Walrus-song I already had the feeling Jim should be able to be a musical one day, his song in the Grinch was grrrrrreat, the timing! My god, not much actors have that skill. That's why I realy hope the deal on the Devil part in 'Damn Yankees' goes on ... and please let it be the director of 'Nine' and 'Chicago'.
