memory sticks because they are easier to use and they are small....but they easy lose too......and i aslo think that memory sticks hold more data then cards.

Usually memory sticks hold more information and can sometimes fit into the usb for your computer to transfer pictures easily

Memory sticks don't have a great deal of space on them. I got one for free at college, and, at best, I fit about 10 things on it.

My camera has a 128MB memory stick, which I bought separately, and can store up to 135 photos.... if you want the storage capacity you have to pay for it. No free meal with Sony!

thanks for all your help! keep going if you want to and as long as it doesn't piss TNPihl off.

Well...they just put a moratorium on banning people for talking about digital cameras....so you should be ok.

It's a little thin card that slides into a device. . .Camera, MP3 player, PSP etc. . . that stores information for later use. They come in different sizes, I think up to 2 gigs.

I've got a Canon Power Shot SD100 which is relatively easy to deal with and takes good photos. I also have a Canon Power Shot S50. Not a bad camera either. I use memory carrds with mine, always have a back up in the case.
