Here is where you discuss everything under the sun, just keep it clean.

I actually think our generations kind of cool. 20-40's We speak in code. Most of us grew up in front of the television, tv trays, etc. So our language in constantly peppered with catchy phrases, acronyms, and show tunes. Go back and revisit this theory! You have baby boomers and then there is Generation X: MTV, microwave, ATM's, Boomboxes, DVD, Video games, text messages

Talk of codpieces has me thinking of Larry Blackmon of Cameo.
I used to dance around like crazy to "Word Up".
"When in doubt, tell the truth."

I remember some of the videos were so 'out there' Men at Work, and 'Shock the monkey' by Peter Gabriel. When there was nothing on TV, we'd be glued to MTV! I guess I can only speak to the early days. Even when we went to parties, MTV was close companion!

Oh, Iwanted to add. In Bruce Almighty there is a scene that I thought was brilliant. Jim is answering the pager, he's standing in the white building next to a board. The board has a list of floors. What's written on the board is profound. God, tells him about the 7th floor. Check it out. It discusses Creativity, on the bottom is 'destruction' When attempts at creativity go to far and become destructive.

but we know that the most creative people are also usually the most self-destructive too............they set such high standards for themselves and usually experience more heightened moods........
