Without Freedom of Speech, dear JC fans, Jim Carrey himself would NOT have the right to speak out for the causes so near and dear to his heart He speaks from his heart and I speak from mine. You may not always agree with my points of view, but I am okay with that, as I enjoy a healthy debate. It's intellectually stimulating, and at times enlightening.

I want us ALL to be able to express our thoughts and feelings without fear of an imminent BAN from the forum for our difference of opinion. And I think of these experiences as an opportunity to learn and to grow, if not to think...

well i know that if Cotton or i delete we try and PM the individual with a explanation.......the only other person with the power to delete is the boss, Tommy.

A PM doesn't do any good if you're banned and can't check messages, but on a deletion, that is totally appropriate and appreciated.

i think you get PM's before Tommy bans......and even then he is really reticent to ban........so unless someone starts deliberate fights or is openly mean to someone on the forum, it's pretty hard to get banned....
RE deletions.......it's a grey area but we follow the rules and consult Tommy if we're in any doubt.........we don't just do it for kicks.
