My favourite chicken (pet) died today too... so im pretty depressed. It's sad cause when he was born he had a broken foot so we named him surviver..... and we nursed him and kept him in an empty fish tank. Everytime we let him out into the yard to try and mingle and leave him there he didn't like it and followed us back. Just the other day I tried because he was getting way to big for the tank (think of it as a teenager) he was throwing a fuss so he followed me all the way back. He slept basicly outside the door of the house which is encolosed around a gate. Something must have got to him during the night because he's gone and nowhere to be seen. Another one of our animals is dead too, a duck... so im afraid it got my chicken. It's sad how you can get attached to things like that
