yw.........now do what feels better for you......if lying down helps great, if standing is better, go for it.......there's no right or wrong..
 heat sometimes helps too... ........take care hon...

yea even the nurses were saying it was until the x rays were done they gave me percoset but I might just throw that out. Also they gave me prescription Motrin I wouldn't wish this much pain on my worst enemy. 
take the meds.........don't try and be brave with this one, you need sleep........it's only for a few days.....enjoy the hazy Jim dreams.......i'm sorry you hurt so bad hon.....
btw take the percoset.......it's the tramadol i told you about.......did they give you valium????........my Dr said the holy triptych for bust backs is Valium, tramadil and diclonifac........it's not like you'll get hooked in 3-5 days ............. fluffy .........sending you a big hug.......
