Hi i want to know if the voice of the UK VHS TAPE is the same than the USA TAPE, with Jim's voice. thank you

I don't think so. I think the UK VHS tape is a PAL compatible tape while US VHS tapes aren't. You have to have a VCR that plays PAL VHS tapes. good luck finding one!
