Music wise, what are you listening to right now?

Here is where you discuss everything under the sun, just keep it clean.

Have you checked out if Allergens or some call Sensitivities
may be part of feeling down
R u sensitive to mold at all?
Some people have an allergy to Penicillin which is mold based
When the weather outside is filled with mold that can affect mood and health too?
Just something to think about, check and see what your local
mold counts are
Right now my area is high and lately that has affected how I feel
Sure hope u feel better
Music and cleaner air envronment may , all you can do is try it,
seeif it works.

Hello omg
Why do you listen to the doctors
What the heck
Why take any drugs
You should go to a natropathic doctor
Take allergy test
Seriously
Chances are you are allergic to something that makes you feel this way
Common Alden for depression
List,
Coffee
Alcohol
Sugar
Wheat
Process foods
Meat
Cheese
Dairy

Why not try this instead you open yourself up to new possibilites
Did u know there's a natural tincature I have in my fridge even they are drops from certain plant n herbs that are for depression and bipolar anxiety..and even St johns sort but u can't take these with other prescribed meds

I took these last year for 2 weeks and it helped me with a tough time then I topped taking them

But these other drugs have u resaerched the side effects on them:? Some may cause suicidal thoughts like u expressed when u posted that song.

Diet is one factor and other deep issues you may need to talk about is another big one
We all need some kind of closure, faith and just understand why things happen to us, all part of healing. And drugs the ones u were prescribed are just a form of masking and its intended to be a co-dependant thing. I know ppl that take it for life and that is not the real solution to real problems here
Getting to the root of the problem and then pulling it out, then dealing with it in a kind delicate loving and most compassionate way

Steps
Natropath doctor allergy test
Change your diet cleanse juicing
Take yoga class or auromatherapy
Learn meditation to still the mind
Light candles soy ones preferably
Listen to quiet nature sounds and relaxing music
Take a bath
Get fresh flowers
Get a foot rub
Get a massage
Get and give huggs
Smile often
Tell someone you love them
I love you

Watch Jim v
Carrey movies the funny ones not scarry ones that won't help

What you are taking?

Hello cotton:-) :-)

I couldn't
help but notice your post as well
You also take prozac may I ask why you are taking this drug?
The reason I'm concerned about all this is because I am currently studying and going for my certification of natural health consulting for 3 years now.
I prefer people to be on a more natural path to Wellness and total healing of the body soul and mind.

I suggest to go back to your doctor and ask how you can ween off the drugs and go on a different path natropathic remidies
I'll go to my fridge and read off
What I have then look up what is for
I can't now but tommorow I can send you links on each one
1\ St john,s wort! PS do not t
ake any of these with other drugs they can kill you
2/ PS these are all natural just
don't mix with the synthetic drugs that's all
Valerian combo a mild sedative for nervousness and sleep disorder but you can't drink coffee tea or alcohol but...
3\ holy basil and rhocidicla

The 3rd one is an adaptogen to improve. Resistance to adrenal stress
I gave my daughter last year for a week these 2 15 drops of one 10 drops of the other 2 x a day morning and night helped her and me too this one is for stress the other for calm both are sold online the brand is called St Francis and I took for 2 weeks the St johns wort 2 times a day for just 2 weeks that's all I needed because I was going through some family issues and it helped me. But I don't use anything now, just changed my diet like jc said 4 months ago no 5 months now , he tweeted before wonderstone came out about his lifestyle change remember well I feel better cause I'm still following it, better health no wait would it be appropriate to say better me? Cause that's the truth.

And my daughter feels the same way you said you feel exactly
So we have things under control changing our lives as well making a move going through separation removing negative influences in your home...you can't change your partners personality but you can get help remove negative influences on you and your family and work on strengthening self

Hope this helps it helped me :-). Peace cathy

Firstly DO NOT come off the Prozac without consulting your Dr first, you will get withdrawal symptoms and you'll feel even more miserable. Secondly DO NOT fear medications, they are there to help you get out of a hole but give yourself the 6 months to do it. During that time assess your lifestyle choices and make positive changes so when you're ready to come off the pills you have a support network. Prozac doesn't kill but overdoses do so i'm assuming your family member took too much of something. If i was your Dr i'd propose an increase to 30mg or a change in meds.......Prozac is an older SSRI, there may be a better one for you. Now here's an important point which is often forgotten......GET ENOUGH SLEEP. To help do excercise during the day, it can be as simple as a long walk or go to the gym.......it helps sort out the endorphins and serotonin levels........it will also help sort out your sleep patterns, my guess is they are lousy at the moment.....Make sure you are ready to sleep at 11pm and if you can't, just read and relax.....

RE St Johns' Wort- there are some serious contra-indications with other meds so do not take it before talking to a qualified Dr first. It can help with depression and anxiety but you're already on Prozac so the Dr needs to know first, it has been proven to be dangerous when mixed with real meds.

Re the supplements - a good broad spectrum multi-vitamin is enough just now until you get the meds sorted.......once you're stable then supplements can support you when you withdraw from the Prozac or other anti-depressant. Some supplements can make your meds ineffective so it has to be done under medical supervision.

and lastly counselling can help but not the kind that rakes up the past. Go for CBT if your Dr can get it for you.....You need to be empowered to cope with the depression and CBT is the most effective form of therapy.

i hope that helps a little.

I gave a talk on Testimony at church yesterday
As things happen, I added a bit to it,
just b4 I was to leave but forgot it
For backup I put it on a memory stick
but....
forgot where I put the stick
Yiiiiiiii, you can imagine my panic but
With the advice I gave to someone a few weeks prior..
"Go with the spirit"
I managed and was blessed
but in my research I found this song
and would like to share it

It's a quiet song, but timely for Sunday
