I just feel SO fucking sad for Jim. Obviously this is all horrible and awful but having to hand over special photos and memories and talk about her and their relationship, knowing that it's going to be public tabloid fodder, must be horrendous. He's so private and I can't imagine how it's making him feel to be forced to divulge his life like this, particularly under these circumstances and his ongoing grief.

That's good because that dickhead lawyer wants to reflect the situation like "Jim vs her family". I've already seen headlines like "Jim Carrey's lawsuit against Cathriona White's family..." Not her family! Her green card husband and her estranged biological mother! According to her letter, her family is Jim; and according to her instagram posts, her family is her sister, brothers, nieces, nephews, her late father and her stepmother.

I really think the entire thing has been invented. They've changed their story and the STDs several times and now claim to have his medical records and test results.
You'd need a criminal trial for the power to do that without a person's consent.
