Hiya JCO:

I watched Jim's interview on You Tube. I really loved it. I was wondering : What does Jim mean when he says that 'he doesn't exist anymore? I'm just curious: I also would like to know what he meant when Jim said 'that he's not Jim Carrey anymore'. Also, what did he mean when Jim said that he had 'nothing to do with the characters he played in his movies?'

IMO it means he's no longer identifying with the actor and character that is Jim Carrey. My guess is when you are a big star you become a character who has to present a certain persona due to public expectations...i guess he's stripping it back to James or Jimmy and just being a man who happens to have a certain career....if you strip the ego back you get a simpler more authentic self......that's just my theory anyway......lol
