I've always thought Jim was a handsome man. Even at the age of 50plus. But lately he suddenly looks ten years older than two years ago. Too Skinny, not healthy and like someone who went through alot. Which is understandable. At this point I don't see him as a handsome man anymore. But it doesn't matter, it's the inside that counts. And there's a lot of beauty right there.

Eat pasta sink wine and you look 10 years younger in the morning the beard does make him look more his age but those Venice pics from last year minus beard he looks pretty devilish hands-on I mean handsum. And true it's what's inside the heart of the person that matters he's always got that heart thing goin on. Good soul all the way.

There's a saying that juicy plums don't wrinkle but skinny prunes do....Jim could put on 14 lbs and still be slim but it would plump up his face a little, it's the best anti ager for men. Fillers look terrible. He should eat foods high in good fats and use a facial oil to bring back the glow.

Potatoe chips(a specific brand that doesnt use Canola and
Ice cream and i use butter)
Other than those i eat
Mostly vedgies and fish
Some chicken occasionally

Well I hope he put on a few pounds then xo I know I did..depresson but it coming off slowly

With this long winter the urge
To eat is more frequent
As weather gets better
Getting out and cycling, walking etc
Singing fun uplifting songs help too
Those are some ways to stay
Up out of the dumps(depression)

I think finally spring is here today was a good day caught in the yard got my hands in the soil happy Earth Day unbelievable dark soil rich moist had it in my hands I smelled it was was nice but the weather did drastically changing it cause some flooding in some people's homes in their basements and sad
