I received an Amber Alert around 11:30 pm
Last night
It was a search for a missing child
I was so thankful there were
Others out there looking for the child
One hour later the search was
Called off
most people would assume the child was
Found quickly and alive - I assumed that also
But in the morning the truth came out

The child was not alive
But in the alert they posted the
Vehicle type etc for the public to find
The vehicle was spotted about a 2 hr
Drive (Barrie area)
from the childs location in Brampton
How heart wrenching for this family
But thankful to find the person the police wanted
But the head scratcher is that people called 911
To complain about the amber alert
How crazy is that?
