Hey wonderbunny!"When in doubt, tell the truth."
Mark Twain
Quirkey...Did you ever hear about the Chinese Bamboo plant? The legend is there is a bamboo plant that remains dormant in seed form for over seven years deep in the soil. Durning that time God furnishes it with sunshine, rain, heat, and minerals. And when its time, the plant begins to sprout and then grow; up to seven feet in one year. The moral of the story, sometimes the best growth is inivisible to the human eye. Its the inbetween stuff (the internal growth) that counts. Its all in God's time, we just have to do the best we can
'What advantage has the worker from his toil?' .... huh
'And I saw that there is nothing better for a man than to rejoice in his work; for this is his lot.' Ah!...me totally agree. Is god hiring? im looking for a nice boss.
And we need to stop hating one another and be kind to those who we don't even know.
I'm not perfect but like I said before, God is my best friend- I could talk about this subject and not get tired of it. I'll volunteer to work for God anytime- Bah hum bug!!!!
No one's perfect. Fortunately we all have our own little heaven on Earth.
It really is the simple things that bring the joy. I think it's our destiny to struggle with the big questions, though. As long as we love, we should be ok... I try to follow a sort of internal compass about things and can be opinionated, but since I'm not without sin...I really shouldn't cast stones. "When in doubt, tell the truth."
Mark Twain
A little California history about the mustard seed. The Padres (Missionaries) used mustard seeds as 'breadcrumbs' to track their paths as the migrated along north/south through California while they built missions. In the spring, the mustard seed blossoms and the fields are a bright gold... its a bit little 'the yellow brick road'. They didn't have road maps but the flowers lit the way for weary travellors.
That's beautiful. My uncle took me to see the mission in Santa Barbara. What's that route called? I thought it was so neat that the missions were a day's walk from each other.
I really like California, it's beautiful there. "When in doubt, tell the truth."
Mark Twain
We have Mission San Juan Bautista near wear I live, they filmed Alfred Hitchcocks 'Vertigo' there. Thats a mind bender
Yeah, I try to say my opinions in a better way.....but communication is so tricky... grr...humor is a refuge.
