I don't know specifically what it's supposed to do, but probably it tenderized it a little. I was worried that it would make it taste sickly sweet, but it didn't.

Let's upset Conor by discussing roast.

Get a 2 pound chuck roast and put it in a baking bag with a packet of dry Lipton's Onion soup and a can of Coca Cola.

Bake at 350 for 2 1/2 hours.
