Quirky and Fluffy.....I'm glad to hear that you are indeed getting massages; however, I do hope you are tipping your feline therapists....it is only right that they are recognized for their natural abilities......
depression is an illness, as credible as any physical ailment and often it manifests as a physical ailment............
I would urge anyone who suspects they may be sufferring from this affliction to seek medical help...........Even if it's just for a chat.......... Depression doesn't have to be a shameful secret any more..........it deserves the respect and same consideration as any illness................ ............you don't need to suffer alone ......... fluffy Fluffy
Depression? Been there done that, still feelin the effects of it, but truth be told. . . it's so much better to be happy and try to see the positives in everything. . . maybe you should try to compare your problems with another persons'.
Another cure apart from medication is time, spend a little time crying and get it all out, then start the healing process, talk to people, be happy. Easier said than done, but trust me it's worth it.
