Quirky and Fluffy.....I'm glad to hear that you are indeed getting massages; however, I do hope you are tipping your feline therapists....it is only right that they are recognized for their natural abilities...... :wink:

depression is an illness, as credible as any physical ailment and often it manifests as a physical ailment............
I would urge anyone who suspects they may be sufferring from this affliction to seek medical help...........Even if it's just for a chat..........

Depression doesn't have to be a shameful secret any more..........it deserves the respect and same consideration as any illness................ :wink: ............you don't need to suffer alone .........

Depression? Been there done that, still feelin the effects of it, but truth be told. . . it's so much better to be happy and try to see the positives in everything. . . maybe you should try to compare your problems with another persons'.
Another cure apart from medication is time, spend a little time crying and get it all out, then start the healing process, talk to people, be happy. Easier said than done, but trust me it's worth it.
