Cranberry-Nut bread.
During the holidays-I buy extra bags of cranberries and freeze them. I made 3 batches of cranberry sauce, but I bought 6 bags of cranberries. I had 3 left over, but I've already made 3 loaves of cranberry nut bread.
This was so good when I was sick with a bad cold.
