As a very religious woman, any reference to '6' brings up my warning lights. When I was young, and naive, I didn't think too much about it, nor did I give to much thought to ouiji boards or casual interest in 'Satan'; I have since learn do not underestimate its existance. Slippery sloap, don't even think about or say the word. Its bad luck. Every see the movie, well there's been a lot of them. I keep thinking of the movie with Michelle Pfeiffer and Harrison Ford and the watery image of a woman appears and sphere's looking a bit like Michelle and whispers 'Don't say a word' There you are innocently dabbling in the occult and you don't even realized. And there's the nasty dude hanging over your shoulder 'go ahead, make my day; I'll appear as a fascination and destroy every part of your life when your not looking. You'll wake up one day and wonder, what the hell happened! Go back and revisit it. Sorry to sound so.. SERIOUS. But, every theologian on the planet knows your not even supposed to discuss HIM it empowers it. Read the last Chapter Revelations 19-20 to be exact. That's the key to his existance. But if you know his 'predictable behavior'; and the key to his demise, his existance is only temporary. Just believe in Jesus Christ, Prince of Peace. And he won't bother you anymore. God Bless You.

The posters here on this board are diverse, but they get along.

I had Iranians, Turks, Israelis, Indians, Ethiopians...every kind of person in my high school class. If we can all get through puberty together without anyone being maimed or killed...I say it's time to put a bunch of US in a room together to talk things out.

You know Quirkey, I had a diverse group in my neighborhood too. I felt so blessed to have had so many cultures in one school. Never gave it too much thought, other than how cool is their culture (food, religion, rituals, holidays etc... even politics were discussed - eye opener) Frankly if I heard myself speak ten years ago I would have thought I was crazy as a loon. But during what I call my self help era ( It generally happens in 20-30's when suddenly you wake up in a crisis- divorce, job loss, broken relationship, bankruptcy etc.) I began to study theologians from every religion seeking relief. Do you remember spiral graph? Drawing thousands of circles in a spriral to make a really cool design? Well, God's a bit like that. Every facet of every religion leads you back to the center. Pretty cool stuff. I just don't like to temp fate. Scholars, archeologist and theologians have broken the code and this concept of 666 is a well known numerical value of Satan/Lucifer. However, I don't think the date is related. But I'll walk on eggshells that day anyway. Frankly I wish there were only five days a week, skip 6 and move to 7 for rest and worship.

Well. . . Seeing as there's a zero between each of the six's I'm not too worried about it. I agree that it'll be just like friday the 13th. I can imagine some people will act a little weird. . .but in reality it's just another day. Although if something religeously significant does happen. . .I won't be surprized, nor will I be scared.
