some people exercise, some people drink, some people eat or sleep and some knock 10 rounds out of the cat............what do you do to unwind when you are mega stressed???
i go to the gym, sleep, and frankly 'go to ground' and stay away from folk until i'm back to normal............what do YOU do??

Really, drinking tea is good if you can't sleep, chamomile is good
and when the steam needs to let off, it just does.....Exercise is good prevention I think, because it keeps you more stable.

ive tried this and it actually works..
meditate. just meditate. just sit there and empty your mind..i have emptied my mind and forgetten about what i was mad about before...try it.

When I'm mildly upset ---- I growlllllllllllllll..........and mutter to myself..
Little more upset I growl louder.... sometimes say Pooo0ey..dang it.or worse.
Really Mad.... leave and go for a walk....and walk.......and walk.......and walk... but I don't always walk when I'm mad though.
Sometimes I run but I worry about my ankle, I don't want it to break again. "And how did you break it Again" the doctor would ask.
"I was mad and decided to run" I would say, kind of a poor excuse.
I was tearing up my cardboard for recycling today and I thought..
"Gee, this would be a great way to show anger and vent it out"
tearing up cardboard cereal boxes.
