Mr. Popper's Penguins reached $172 million

"Mr. Popper's Penguins" has had theatrical premiere in almost all countries with good result at the box office. Last week it crossed the magic $100 million internationally thanks to good performances in Australia ($13 million), United Kingdom ($12 million), Brazil ($11 million), Mexico ($8 million) and France ($7 million). International total is now $104.1 million.
The domestic box office after 83 days in release is $67.5 million and still playing in 200 theaters. It brings Jim Carrey's "Mr. Popper's Penguins" total worldwide box office to $171.7 million. It still has South Korea and Japan to go. We will soon have details about the upcoming DVD and Blu-ray release of the family movie.
