Jim's out to Lunch on Trulife
19 Sep 2011 By Nicola West (Editor/Writer (UK))
Yesterday Jim Carrey posted a film on JimCarreyTrulife.com, hopefully silencing critics and verifying his sanity.
The film begins with this thought provoking opening statement...
Some folks think I'm
having a mid-life crisis.
But if I'm happy, successful,
and more loving to my family and
friends than I've ever been...
Whose crisis is it?
He was joined at lunch by John Rigney, his business partner of 28 years and his good friend David before asking 2 random strangers, Christian and Elitho to give their opinions of his state of mind. Fortunately for Jim, John, Christian and Elitho confirmed that in their opinion he's perfectly stable. However in a comic twist, his friend David chose to play the joker card, comparing Jim's stability to 'One Flew Over the Cuckoos' Nest', prompting Jim to reach for the condiment set and act the clown.

Clearly a reaction to the negativity written about him in the media recently, Jim shows the critics that he's had the last laugh.
He signs out with these thoughtful words.
Bullies always say that you should
get a thicker skin. It's not that
they're kicking you...it's
that your skin isn't thick enough.
