Happy New Year!

We have come to the end of another year here at JCO and theres' no time better than at the end of a year to look back as well as forward in the life and career of Jim Carrey.
There was not a new Jim Carrey movie in the theaters this year. Instead there are much to look forward to in 2013, because Jim has been busy filming many new projects slated to hit the big screen in first half year of 2013.
In January 2012 he filmed the comedy "The Incredible Burt Wonderstone" with Steve Carell, Steve Buscemi and Olive Wilde. And just a few months ago he wrapped filming for his scenes for the sequel of the cult action comedy "Kick-Ass 2". There are lots of set pictures from both movies, they can be found in our Gallery.

Of other appearances we saw Jim Carrey in a guest appearance in the sitcom "30 Rock" giving a funny performance as Leap Day Williams and he was part of the Nantucket All-Star Comedy Roundtable with Ben Stiller and Chris Rock which aired on TV in September.
Not a year without movie award nominations. Jim Carrey was nominated in the following award shows: People's Choice Awards, Kids' Choice Awards, The Webby Awards and TV Land Awards. He won the TV Land Award along with the original cast of "In Living Color". They were reunited for the first time since the last episode of the show aired back in 1994! Jim was also presenter of The Comedy Awards and made an appearance on MTV Movie Awards to honor Emma Stone. Click on the links to see pictures from the award shows.
