"Mr. Popper's Penguins" passes $100 million worldwide

"Mr. Popper's Penguins" is doing good at the box office worldwide. This weekend it took $6.56 million at 2,514 screens in 38 markets for an international total of $39.3 million. The family movie has done well in many markets, especially in Australia ($10.8 million) after three weekends, followed by Brazil ($6.7 million) also after three weekends and Russia ($3.8 million) after two.
The domestic box office after 31 days in release is $61,473,016. It brings Jim Carrey's "Mr. Popper's Penguins" total worldwide to $100.8 million and it still has France, Spain, UK and 20 other markets to go.
